Will Gill, 91, of Turrell died April 16, 2003, at the Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis.

Gill was born July 4, 1911 in Hardemann County, Tenn. and was a farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church in Turrell. He is preceded in death by Ruby Mae Gill.

He is survived by four daughters, Jo Burton of Collierville, Tenn., Betty Brown of Center Ridge, Ark., Lois Smith of Tyronza, and Geneva McClelland of Gilmore; three sons, Willie Gill Jr. of Bartlett, Tenn., Billy Gene Gill of Tyronza, and Danny Gill of Turrell; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 18 at 10 a.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Marked Tree. Place of burial will be at the Tyronza Cemetery. The pallbearers will be his grandsons.
