Lillie Mae Blain

Lillie Mae Blain, 90, of Paragould, died on Saturday, May 24, 2003 at the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.

Born on September 25, 1912 in Mississippi, Blain was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Blain; parents, John W. and Penelope Cummings Cauley; six brothers and a grandson.

Survivors include four sons, Charles Blain of Sun City, Calif., Jesse Blain of Proctor, Ark., Bill Blain of Swartz Creek, Mich. and Jimmy Blain of Tyronza; two daughters, Delores Brooks of Paragould, Ark. and Elizabeth Ford of Flint, Mich.; 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2003 at the Colonial Chapel in the Heath Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Neathery officiating. Burial followed at Marked Tree Cemetery. Visitation was held.

Heath Funeral Home in Paragould had charge of the arrangements.
