LaKenya Marie Hall, 23, of Osceola, died on Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at St. Bernards in Jonesboro.

Hall was born September 4, 1979 in Osceola, to Joyce Cannon and Carl Hall. She worked for Fruit of the Loom in Osceola and was a resident of Mississippi County for 23 years. She was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church in Osceola and sang in the choir.

Survivors include her parents, Carl Hall of Luxora and Joyce Hayes of Osceola; grandparents, Pearlie Cannon and Annie Lee Smith of Luxora and James Hall of East St. Louis, Ill.; two sons, Christopher Jefferson Jr. and Tyreeke Jefferson, both of Osceola; and two brothers, Donnie Diggs and Melvin Johnson of Osceola.

Services were held on Saturday, May 24, 2003 at Grace Temple Church in Osceola with burial following at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola.

Visitation was held. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola had charge of the arrangements.
