Donald R. Parker, Sr., 56, of West Memphis, died on Monday, June 16, 2003 at home.

A truck driver for Tango Freight Lines, he was of the Baptist faith, and a US Army Veteran. He was a member of Post 5225 in Marion and the West Memphis VFW.

Survivors include one son, Donald R. Parker, Jr. of Southaven, Miss.; two sisters, Wanda Henderson of Clarkdale, Ark. and Carolyn Parker of West Memphis; two brothers, Freddie Parker of West Memphis and Hershel Parker of Clarkdale, Ark.; his fiance, Carolyn Parker of West Memphis and one grandchild.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at the Roller Citizens Funeral Home with burial following at the Tyronza Cemetery.
