Ruth Mae Capps, 77, of Berryville died Saturday, July 12, 2003 in Berryville.

Born in Tyronza, she had worked at Cordell, Okla., Memorial Hospital and was a member of Freeman Heights Baptist Church in Berryville.

Survivors include a son, Jim Capps of Berryville; a brother, Bill McMullin of Paducah, Ky.; a sister, Louise Mitchell of Imboden; three grandchildren, Jimmy Capps, Joshua Capps and Justin Capps, all of Berryville; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Frank and Linda Bennett McMullin, two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15 in Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Marvin Emmons and the Rev. David Lindsey officiated, and Nelson Funeral Service had charge of arrangements.
