Born November 12, 1927 in Fayette, Ala., he was 75. He was the son of the late Monroe and Velma Adeline Trimm White. He was better known as Albert to his friends.
He was a retired machinist and a member of the First Assembly of God in Heber Springs.
Throughout his life as long as health permitted he enjoyed playing golf, bowling, fishing, hunting and race car driving.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Max, Bunky and Jerry White and a granddaughter, Ricki Francis.
He is survived by his wife, Edith Stacks White; four daughters, Marilyn Linn and Kelly Benge of Heber Springs, Ginger Fitzsimmons of Modesto, Calif. and Patti Mullen of Taft, Calf.; three brothers, Jimmy Ray White and Roy White, both of Moline, Ill. and Terry White of Florida; two sisters, Pauline White of Florida and Irene Robinson of Moline, Ill.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 28 at the Heber Springs Funeral Home with Bro. Lee Brown and Bro. Lloyd Blanton officiating. Interment followed in Kilgore Cemetery near Morrilton.
Pallbearers were Gaylen Fitzsimmons, Kelly Moiser, Don Scott and Gerald Stacks.
