Arron Lamont Smith Jr., two-week old infant son of Arron L. Smith of Luxora and Tarakai Williams of Osceola, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2003 at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock.

Survivors in addition to the parents include grandparents, Alma Kern of Luxora, Arron Kern of Kosciusko, Miss., and Mary Crump and Charles Williams, both of Osceola; great-grandmothers, Mary M. Crump of Osceola, Louise Williams of Pontiac, Mich., and Bonnie Clark of Luxora; and great-grandfather, Eddie Smith of Little Rock.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 2 in Sandy Ridge Cemetery at Burdette, with Dr. Moses Black officiating. Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola had charge of arrangements.
