Evelyn Newman, 75, of Blytheville died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Blytheville.

Born in Marion, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Earnestine Thompson, of Newnan, Ga.; two sons, Robert Newman of Virginia Beach, Va. and Kenneth Newman of Blytheville; 12 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Newman and her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at Wilson Funeral Home of Blytheville, with the Dr. Moses Black officiating. Burial followed at Memory Gardens in Blytheville under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Blytheville.

Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 14 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home of Blytheville
