Roger Dean Tucker, 44, of Birdsong died Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at his residence.

He was a construction worker and an Army veteran.

Survivors include a son, Roger Tucker of Chicago; a daughter, Conesha Nicole Blake of Chicago; his father, George Tucker Sr. of Birdsong; three sisters, Teresa Brown of Tyronza, Carolyn Tucker of Marion and Barbara Holloway of Birdsong; and two brothers, George Tucker Jr. of Memphis and Ricky Turner of Birdsong.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ollie Cuble.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Zion Church in Denwood, with the Rev. Johnnie Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Gilfield Cemetery at Birdsong under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Tyronza.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
