Lucille Whitten Taylor, 90, formerly of Tyronza, died Saturday, December 20, 2003, at Senatobia Convalescent Center.

Manager of dry goods store and grocery store, she was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Charleston.

She was preceded in death by her husband Marion Walter Taylor.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Warren of Arkabutla and Marion L. Bearden of Tyronza; two sons, Walter Taylor of Forrest City, and Arthur Taylor of Hessmer, La.; two sisters, Louise Hale and Jewell Tapley, and two brothers, A. M. Whitten and Douglas Whitten, all of Senatobia; 12 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday at Pate-Jones Funeral Home with burial in Bethesda Cemetery.
