Bobbie Lou Taylor Nicholas

Bobbie Lou Taylor Nicholas, 75, of Powder Springs, Ga. died Thursday, June 24 at Cobb Hospital in Austell, Ga.

Born in Tyronza, Nichols was a retired certified nurse's assistant (CNA) and a member of Tyronza First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Nicholas, and her parents, George Taylor and Annie Young.

Survivors include one son: Harry Edwin Nichols of Indiana; two daughters: Paula Gail Fritton of Powder Springs, Ga. and Patricia Ann Glass of Frostburg, Md.; four brothers: George Taylor of Tyronza, Charles Taylor of Sacramento, Calif., Culus Taylor (Sarge) of Lake City and Clarence Taylor of Harrisburg; two sisters: Betty Jean May of Portland, Mich. and Mary Ann Carpenter of Tyronza; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30 at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza with Rev. Raymond Routon officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Burial will follow at Tyronza Cemetery.
