Carolyn Hindman, 50, died Monday, June 21 at her home in Tyronza.

Born on March 26, 1954 in Lepanto, Hindman was a CNA and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by two daughters: Katrine Duncan and Betty Hindman, both of Tyronza; two brothers: Travis Brown of Tyronza and Ricky Brown of Black Oak; five sisters: Ann Holt of Dyess, Pat Talley of Concord, Mashell Bly of Payneway, Darline Brown of Concord and Sandy Wood of Olive Branch, Miss.; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23 at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza. Burial followed at Tyronza Cemetery.
