Pearl Agus Rogers, 59, of Osceola died Monday, August 2 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Bakersville, Calif., she was a retired factory worker and a member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Etowah.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edford Brewer.

Survivors include her husband, James Rogers of West Ridge; her mother, Nettie Brewer of Etowah; one daughter: Barbara Ann Carroll of Bever Creek, Ohio; two sons: William D. Rogers and Robert W. Rogers, both of West Ridge; five sisters: Barbara Welch of Jacksonport, Linda Sims of West Ridge, Judy Darnell of Blackfish, Geraldine Moore of Lepanto, and Dorothy Smith of Etowah; three brothers: James. E Brewer of Caraway, Andrew Brewer of Etowah and Jackie Brewer of Lepanto; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 5 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Rev. Huey Meherg officiating. Burial will follow in Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4 at the funeral home.
