Carolyn Walling, 62, of Lepanto died Wednesday, Sept. 15 at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was a member of Red Oak Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Mable Foster, and one brother, Jerry Foster.

Survivors include her husband, Earnie Walling of Lepanto; one daughter: Sandra McCammon of Caraway; three sisters: Christine Turner of Water Valley, Miss., Wilma Robertson of Lepanto and Janet Buck, both of Lepanto; one brother: Gerald Foster of Lepanto; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18 at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Deaton officiating. Burial followed in Potter Memorial Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Jared Wyatt, Josh Wyatt, Brandon Fortenberry, John Walling, Brad Walling, Keith Walling, Christ Pinkston and Darrell Constant.
