Pirlean Adams

Pirlean Adams, 72, of Trumann died Tuesday, Feb. 8 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

A former resident of Lepanto, she was a homemaker and a member of Etowah Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a son: Buddy Junior Adams of Lepanto; a daughter: Patricia Hendrix of Lepanto; two sisters: Maxine Qualls and Louise Cates, both of Trumann; a brother: Nolan Raper of Trumann; two grandchildren: Ronda Kaye Worsham of Wilson and Whitney Elise Adams of Dallas; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Adams; two sisters: Ileane Davis and Wanda Lee Holmes; and two brothers: Lones Raper and Mick Raper.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11 at Murphy Funeral Home in Lepanto with Huey Meherg officiating. Burial followed in Garden Point Cemetery at Etowah.

Pallbearers were John Garrett Worsham, Johnny Worsham, Steve Meeks, Jerry Evans, Bryan Archer, Wally Bratcher, Howard Merrett and Ronnie Rosmond.
