James Darel Wallin, 74, of West Memphis, AR died Friday, March 25, 2005 at Broadway Health Care Center in West Memphis, AR.

James was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion and Veteran of Foreign Wars. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Jerrie Wallin of West Memphis; one step-son, Terry Wilferd of Bartlett, Tenn.; one step-daughter, Deanna Wilson of West Memphis; three brothers Bill Wallin of West Memphis, Jerry Wallin of Collierville, Tenn., and Harold Wallin of Bogart, Ga.; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 11 a.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree with Rick Kimery officiating. Burial followed in Marked Tree Cemetery.
