Born at Swifton, she lived most of her life at Trumann and Marked Tree. She was a homemaker and was formerly a seamstress and laundromat operator and was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include four daughters: Lois Creecy of Trumann, Phillis Whitehurst of Little Rock, Veda Kennedy of Tyronza and Jenny Densmore of Turrell; two sons: Bill Birmingham of Heber Springs and Gerald Franklin Birmingham of Trumann; two sisters: Joline Dunkin of Swifton and Caroline Kidd of Flint, Mich.; a brother: Earl Myers of Swifton; 16 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Richard Birmingham; a daughter, Sharon Creecy; three brothers; a sister; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, at Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann, with the Rev. John Evans officiating. Burial followed in Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery at Marion.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
