O'Neal Halsey, age 84, of Marked Tree died Sunday, Sept. 11 at St. Bernard Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Marked Tree, the owner and operator of a restaurant in Payneway and a volunteer at Three Rivers Nursing Center.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Bradley and one brother.

She is survived by one sister, Weona Bowers of Rio Vista, Calif; one brother, Junior Bradley of Marked Tree and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 12 at Marked Tree Cemetery under the direction of Murphy Funeral Home of Marked Tree.
