Hollis Blake Miles, 75, of Lynn, Ala. died Nov. 5 at his residence.

Survivors include three sons: Hollis Ray and Danny Mitchell Miles of Haleyville, Ala. and David Lee Miles of Killen, Ala.; one daughter: Tammy Rena Stephens of Asbridge, Ala.; five brothers: Millard Miles of Lepanto, James Miles and Joseph Miles, both of Marked Tree, and Oscar Miles and Howard Miles, both of Haleyville, Ala.; three sisters: Helen King of West Memphis, Olar Fay Mattingly of Jacksonville and Mary Ann Miles of Bear Creek, Ala.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 7 at Sardis First Baptist Church. Burial followed in the adjoining cemetery. Officiating ministers were Lawson Clark and Tom McDowell.
