Christine Parker Hicks, 92, of Palestine, Texas died Thursday, March 16 at Cartwell home for the aged in Palestine.

She was a seamstress and of the Church of Christ faith.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl S. Parker; her second husband, Ricahrd Hicks; her parents, Andrea and Lula Mae Harbin; one daughter, Margaret Ann Greer; and one son, Billy Carl Parker.

Survivors include two sons: Carl O'Dell Parker if Largo, Fla. and Jimmy Parker of Buffalo, Texas; three daughters: Mary Lee Ford of Searcy, Lillie Faye Kelly of Largo, Fla. and Lula Mae Parker of Mountain View; 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 19 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel in Tyronza with burial to follow in the Tryonza Cemetery.
