She was a member of the Raleigh Assembly of God and was preceded in death by her husband Gus Wimpy.
Survivors include a son, Glen Wimpy of Memphis; three daughters, Christi Morris of Bartlett, Tenn., and Nannette Roberts and Janice May, both of Cordova, Tenn.; two brothers, Jesse Jones of Pocahontas and Bud Scarsdale of Moline, Ill.; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 30 at Raleigh Assembly of God Church in Raleigh. Pastor Ron Wood will officiate.
Burial will follow in Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto with Murphy Funeral Home in charge.
