Hazel Charlene Vaughn, 80, of Lepanto died Friday, April 14 at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Survivors include her husband Willard Vaughn of Lepanto; three daughters: Sue Marshall of Jonesboro and Judy Blocker and Jan Birmingham, both of Lepanto; two sons: Price Bridges of Lepanto and Don Vaughn of Lake Village; one brother, Jerrell Eddy of Little Rock; one sister, Amy Porter of Heber Springs; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 17 at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel with G.W. Allison officiating. Burial will follow in Potter Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Vaughn's grandsons.

Memorials may be made to the Children's Home in Paragould.
