Hardin Ray Hindman, 80, of Tyronza died July 9 at Three Rivers Nursing Home in Marked Tree. He was a retired farmer and truck driver for Miller Transport. A U.S. Army veteran of WWI, he was a retired volunteer for the Tyronza Fire Department.

Survivors include his wife, Vera Hindman of Tyronza; two sons: Paul Hindman of Tyronza and James Hindman of Royal Oak, Mich.; one sister, Ester Marie Smith of Mt. Morris, Mich.; one brother, Bobby Jim Hindman of Tyronza; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 12 at Roller citizens Funeral Home Chapel in Tyronza. Burial followed in Tyronza Cemetery.
