He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Davis, and two brothers: Richard Sipes and Arnold Sipes.
Survivors include five daughters: Mary Jane Clark of Hot Springs, Trissia Ann Price of Texarkana, Annie Belle Maness and Dorothy Sandoval, both of Jonesboro, and Christina Joann Miller of Blytheville; five sons: Billy Joe Sipes of Millport, Ala, Larry Joe Sipes of Whitton, Rocky Sipes of Osceola, Charley Wayne Sipes of Marked Tree and Michael Dewayne Sipes of Blytheville; two sisters: Liddie Mann and Ruth Ann Riley both of Lonoke; one brother: Leonard Sipes of Marked Tree, 33 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 24 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with burial following at Potter's Cemetery in Lepanto. Brother Jimmy Stone was the officiating minister and Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola was in charge of arrangements.
