Aunvy Christine Turner, 71, of Lepanto died Nov. 4, 2006 at her residence.

Born May 21, 1935 in Oil Trough, she was a homemaker and a member of Red Oak Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Foster and Mabel Pilgrim; one sister, Carolyn Walling; and one brother, Jerry Foster.

Survivors include four daughters: Rebecca Sprouse of Water Valley, Miss., Vicky Constant of Trumann, Tammy Laden of Lepanto and Donna Richardson of Trumann; four sons: Michael Wayne Cook of Lepanto, Charles William Turner of Water Valley, Miss., Jonathan Scott Turner of Lepanto and Cecil Joe Turner of Trumann; two sisters; Wilma Robertson of Lepanto and Janet Buck of Jonesboro; one brother, Gerald Foster of Lepanto; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 6 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Bro. Jim Duffel officiating.. Burial followed in Potter's Cemetery in Lepanto.
