He was a member of the Church of Christ and an Army Veteran of WWII.
He is preceded in death by his wife Pauline Frasure and one son, Hollie Drexel Frasure.
He is survived by a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Frasure of Columbia, Ill.; a step-son, Larry Woods of Scarsdale, Mass.; four grandchildren: Lynetta Newton and husband Doug, Darus Frasure, Desiree Frasure, Stephanie Woods; and four great grandchildren, Isabella Frasure, Noah Newton, Kyra Newton and Casey Paine.
Funeral services were Saturday, March 3 at Murphy Funeral Home, with Jonathan Teel and Gary Masters officiating. Burial followed in Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto.
