Charles B. Parker, 67, of Proctor died Thursday, March 22 at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Parker; three daughters, Vickie Jackson of Paragould, Rhonda Ashley of Lepanto and Nicole Holleman of Proctor; a son, Dick Shinault of Bonnesville; four sisters, Louise Hall of Marion, Pauline Lucas, Lois Lucas and Linda Daniels, all of Tyronza; a brother, Johnny Parker of Tyronza; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, March 26 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with Homer Lloyd officiating. Burial followed at Tyronza Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Williams, Larry Sims, Michael Lucas, Joe Wheeler, Gary Tyler and Billy Lucas.
