Beverly Elizabeth Burns McGill, 53, of Luxora died Friday, June 8 at NEA Hospital in Jonesboro.

She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Burns Jr. and Mildred Pickens, and one brother, Kelly Burns.

Survivors include her husband, Gary McGill of Luxora; one son, Aaron Keith McGill of Manila; one daughter, Candy Thomas of Luxora; four sisters: Phyllis Hice of Osceola, Judy Hill of Lepanto, Marilyn Hamilton of Mammoth Springs and Teresa Bonner of Lerha, Ill.; six brothers: Steve Burns of Luxora, Don Burns of Osceola, Wayne Pickens of Illinois, James Pickens of Georgia and Gary Pickens of Texas; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were Monday, June 11 at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Brother Jim Roller officiating. Burial followed in Dogwood Cemetery.
