Wasil Boblack, 86, of Marked Tree died Saturday, August 4. In St. Bernard Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

He was born February 11, 1921, in Korezowo, Poland. He is preceded in death by his wife, Helena Boblack.

Survivors include one son, Anthony Boblack of Jonesboro; two daughters, Christine Boblack of Marked Tree and Irene Boblack of Alhambra, Calif.; one granddaughter, Jennifer Wrinkle and one great grandson, Braxton Wrinkle.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8 at Murphy Funeral Home in Marked Tree with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. until service time. A Rosary will be said between 10-10:30 a.m. The officiating minister will be Reverend John Lewandowski.

Pallbearers will be Dean Tucker, Jerry Ming, Steve Craig, Daniel Craig, Randy Shinabery and David Hazel.

Burial will follow in Marked Tree Cemetery under the direction of Murphy Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Norbert Catholic Church in Marked Tree.
