Pearl M. Young, 86, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, Oct. 16 at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro.

Born in Bassett on Sept. 15, 1921, she was a homemaker and a member of Central Baptist Church in Marked Tree.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamine and Minnie Tyger; her husband, Frank W. Young; one son, Raymond Young; two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include four daughters: Frances Bolster and Audrey Roberts, both of Jonesboro, Linda Diane Fraser of Wynne and Cindy Turner of San Antonio, Texas; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 19 at Central Baptist Church in Marked Tree with Bro. Jerry Parker officiating. Burial followed in Tyronza Cemetery.
