Hattie Burcham, 93, of Senath, Mo., died Sunday, May 25, 2008, at the Senath Nursing Center.

Born March 8, 1915, in Beech Corner, Mo., she was the daughter of the late William Benjamin and Donea Eleanor Austin Long.

In July of 1932, In Cardwell, Mo, she married Grady "Bud" Orville Burcham, who preceded her in death on April 2, 1982. She was preceded by four brothers, four sisters, and three grandsons.

Survivors include three sons, two daughters, one sister, nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 28 at the Church of Christ in Senath. Burial was in McGrew Cemetery next to her husband. McDaniel Funeral Home of Senath was in charge of arrangements.

Local relatives include son, Garry Burcham and wife, Phyllis of Lepanto; grandson: Mark Burcham (deceased) , grandsons: Michael Burcham of West Memphis (pallbearer), Mitchell Burcham (pallbearer) and wife, Tabatha of Lepanto, and Mack Burcham (pallbearer) and wife, Jennifer of Jonesboro; granddaughter, Melinda Burcham of Lepanto, and great-grandchildren: Brandon Burcham and wife, Teri of Dickson, Tenn., and Jason Burcham and wife, Megan of McEwen, TN, Johnathan, Kayla, Tommy and Cameron Burcham of Lepanto, Shawna and Mack Jr. of Jonesboro and great-great granddaughter, Haiden of McEwen, Tenn.
