Thelma Richmond Foster, 90, of Poplar Bluff, formerly of Lepanto, died Monday, July 28, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

Foster was a member of West Doniphan Full Gospel Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Richmond; one son, Jerry Wayne Richmond; one sister and one brother.

Survivors include one son, Leon Richmond of Dyess; two daughters, Loretta Walley of Tiptonville, Tenn. and Shirley Herron of Doniphan, Mo.; two brothers, Arlie Sandusky of Doniphan and Charles Sandusky of Rockford, Ill.; two sisters, Beatrice Johnson of Jonesboro and Norma Axton of Hannibal, Mo.; 17 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service began at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30 with Pastor Ronnie Quinton officiating.

Burial followed in Potter Memorial Cemetery.
