Gene Adams, 51, of Lepanto died September 20 at his residence. He was a computer engineer for Acxiom and of the Church of Christ Faith.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Adams.

He was survived by his wife, Marsha Adams and his parents, Billy and Johnnie Adams; one son, Willie Adams all of Collierville, Tenn.; one daughter, Jamie Kohan (Brian) of Lepanto; one brother, Scott Adams of Collierville, Tenn.; and one granddaughter, Annabelle Kohan.

Services were on Tuesday, September 23, at 2 p.m. at the Murphy Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at the Potter Memorial Cemetery in Lepanto with Bro. Derek Glover officiating.
