Mary Elizabeth Morrisett, 54, of Marked Tree died Saturday, Oct. 4 at St. Bernard's Medical Center.

She was a member of the Church of God, a singer and a musician. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bert Busch and Garner Morrisett, Jr; her parents Eudell and Dovie Kent; her brother, Buddy Kent and two sisters.

Survivors include, one son, Nick Busch of Trumann; one daughter, Christi Murray (Jonathan) of Jonesboro; one brother, Curtis Kent of Marked Tree; sisters, Martha Howard, Erma Creekmore and Pat Harris of Marked Tree, Barbara Harris of Payneway, Wanda Prater of West Memphis, Penny Uptmor of Texas City, Texas, and Betty Jo Allen of Wynne; seven step children; and five grandchildren, Landon and Murry Stotts, Misty, Austin and Matthew Murray.

Services were at the church of God at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8 with Patrick Tucker, Larry Ballard and Don Abbott officiating. Burial followed in the Marked Tree Cemetery.
